Caliban's orbs from the first phase of his boss fight don't seem to exist either, but Nether Bosses are just regular monsters in skins (which you eventually unlock). There are a couple that are in the Bestiary but can't be obtained, and the False Gods aren't counted. Haha nope, I can confirm that it's 1201 different monsters because I'm only missing one of them. Still, they seem to look just different enough for me to be satisfied, especially when you frame them as different races. To be honest, most of those monsters look similar in some way.
